Replacement Parts and Repairs
Instruments are diagnosed and then repaired as required. Repaired instruments are then calibrated to verify their accuracy and performance.


Upgrades and Rebuilds
Upgrades and rebuilds are an effective way to extend the life of many high pressure instruments. In most cases, upgrades can be performed onsite. Extensive rebuilds may require factory restoration.

Upgrades -Two basic types of upgrades are offered:
• Upgrade instruments to interface with our Model 5270 Data Acquisition and Control System
• Upgrade instruments with modern temperature and pressure controllers, new sensors, pressure vessel seals, mechanical drive systems and more

Rebuilds - Rebuilding an instrument is a comprehensive, labor-intensive process which often includes the following work:
• A complete overhaul of the instrumentation to inspect, maintain, and repair all electronic and mechanical components
• Upgrading the instrument’s performance to the newest design specifications
• A safety inspection of the high-pressure cylinder which comprises a non-destructive analysis followed by hydrostatic testing


Installation and Training
Chandler Engineering offers Training Courses for new users and User Training Schools which offer in-depth education into the operation, configuration, troubleshooting and repair of specific instruments. These courses can be taught at a Chandler Engineering facility or a location of your choosing.


Technical Support
Chandler Engineering strives to provide the highest level of before- and after-sales technical support. Our global network of sales and service offices are staffed with Technical Sales Representatives and Field Service Engineers to provide you with knowledgeable and responsive support via phone and e-mail. We provide technical support from numerous global offices and partners located in the United States, Russia, Singapore, India, China, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

Our Service Team provides maintenance, calibration and training services for all Chandler Engineering instrumentation. We also calibrate, repair and upgrade obsolete and competitive instruments which are used in well servicing laboratories to perform ISO and API standard tests.

Your long-term satisfaction is the Service Team’s primary goal. Today, we are able to provide support and services to our customers wherever they may be. We have factory-trained service personnel based in the United States, Singapore, India, China, Australia, and the United Kingdom. This global network of sales and service offices is growing as we seek to support our rapidly expanding, global customer base with knowledgeable and responsive customer service.

Properly performed, routine maintenance and calibration is required to ensure the long-term reliability of instruments. Investments in routine maintenance provide an excellent payback through the minimization of unscheduled downtime and increased instrument longevity.
