We provide factory trained personnel for technical support of numerous global offices and partners located in the United States, Russia, Singapore, India, China, Australia, Brazil, UAE and the United Kingdom.

Training
Experience Chandler Engineering's Global Training Center (GTC) located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. This state of the art training center offers courses for new and seasoned instrument users for in-depth education into the operation, configuration, troubleshooting and repair of specific instruments. These courses are offered at the Chandler Engineering facility or your operating location.

Factory Repair
In addition to our Field Service, we also offer factory service & repair. Services offered at the factory can range from a simple calibration to complete instrument refurbishing and customization. Instruments returned for factory service undergo a full diagnosis and cost estimate before repairs are performed. After the repair is completed, the instrument undergoes full factory testing and all associated documentation is supplied with the delivery of the instrument.
