Model 4268-E Cement Expansion Cell

A Critical Tool for Oil Well Drilling and Cementing

The Model 4268-E is designed for evaluating the compressive strength and cement expansion characteristics of a cement slurry under high pressure and high temperature conditions.

The Model 4268-E is an accessory for use with the standard Model 4265 Ultrasonic Cement Analyzers (UCA) or Model 5265 Static Gel Strength Analyzers (SGSA). It includes a CP2033-80-0010 Pressure Vessel Assembly and CP2033-0100 Transducer Interface Assembly.

    • Equipped with a radially positioned pressure transducer used to sense the expansion of cement 
    • Standard ultrasonic measurement features for compressive strength and static gel strength estimations 
    • Fully compatible with Chandler Engineering’s 5270 Data Acquisition and Control software
